I'VE JUST BOUGHT A PWK CARB OFF E BAY , LOOKED TO BE AIRSTRYKER (HAS THE FINS) COULD GET NO INFO OFF GUY ON IT SO I TOOK A CHANCE , ITS OFF 99/00 RM 250 . I NOW HAVE CARB IN HAND AND IT HAS AN ELECTRONIC ' POWERJET ' IN THE BELL MOUTH , I THOUGHT I COULD JUST LEAVE IT DISCONNECTED BUT IT LOOKS AS IF THE NEEDLE JET IS NOT REPLACEABLE SO I'M ASSUMING THIS POWER JET WORKS ALL THROUGH THROTTLE RANGE ?? OR CAN I HOOK IT UP ?
THE CARB IS KEIHIN PWK 37 ES MKL

SLIDE '6'
NEEDLE 'N1EG'
MAIN JET '155'
AIRJET? NEXT TO MAIN '42 '

BUT NO WAY OF REMOVING NEEDLE JET ....

man i bought one of thouse too, i just took out the 4 star screws on the outside removed all the needle jet stuff then filled the hole in the plate with epoxy. then i cut the air sensor off inside the bell and removed the outer sensor piece.

ended up with a good working short body A/S carb for like 40$

i did the same thing to a 125 dirtbike carb for my gf's blaster.
