Well, I knew all the jumpin would finally catch up to me, but I finally noticed today a nice lil vibration while ridin the trusty EX. Put it up on a jack and put her in gear and watch as the left side of the axle is all tweaked.

Just curious if anyone else has had such problems and what they did to keep it from happening again. I am just gonna have to live with this for a while because I have to fix my truck first, but I figured I can get some ideas. I still cant believe I bent it...

i bent mine too. the stock ones are crap i ended up getin a durablue but that didnt solve my problem. i now have to get a new swingarm so if all you bent is your axle your lucky.. for now until you can buy a new axle you could try straitening your old one if you can.

i bent my friends stock axle 2 times lol...he powerslide into a tree adn the tire grabed and hooked it and then he thought it couldnt jump 25ft so i had to prove him wrong

I guess wheel spacers are not that good then.

Well, I wouldnt trade my wheel spacers for anything, much more stable at high speeds and on sidehills out on the trail. I was probably airing the lil EX out more than it should really be aired out, so it was my fault. Although the spacers didnt help it much.

my buddy jumped his and broke his swingarm. axle didn't bend though. i don't care, i still love my 250ex. first off all if im gettin a 4 wheeler its gonna be a honda. but im real happy with the 250ex. does a little bit of everything, and where i ride thats just what i need. could go a little faster, but i still got it stock. just got into riding big time about 6 months ago and now im saving money for a truck and $hit to put into that. people always make fun of my 250, but i love that thing.

my 250ex the back tires on it wiggle a little bit but i don't do big jumps and its not the axle and it took the wheels off and checked the hubs and there fine so i don't know i just hae to live with it

could that be bearing maybe does it kinda shake going down a rode when you slow down?

i never really thought of thet but i hope to be trading it in soon on a 300ex!
