I do mostly trail riding and i want to get a trx450r never rode one but i rode my buddys 03 kfx400 and it is pretty quick. Both my friends are trying to tell me to get a kfx 400. I dunno what i should do, now im stuck between the 2.

For an all around quad especially for just trail riding the z/kfx are in my opinion the best choice. They're comfortable for long rides and handle really good as well. The R is also awsome but for trails its really handy to have the reverse and electric start which it currently does not have. How ever I heard that the new Honda will have e start but I'm not sure about reverse. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens at the revieling of the new honda.

Yeah thats true cause i will never race at a track so i guess the kfx is a better choice
