I'm having a hard time locating an lt80 repair/service manual. I can't find either genuine Suzuki factory manual, or a Clymer manual.

Anybody got any tips?

Rocky Mountain ATV has them for years 87-2003,

DOH!

How in the world could I miss something so easy as Rocky Mountain? I checked Dennis Kirk, and they didn't even have a listing. I checked Amazon, and they said the Clymer version was out of print, and I checked a few specialty online motor-manual sites, and the factory service manuals were all back-ordered.

Never thought to check Rocky Mountain.

Rocky Mountain and a place called HighPoint Motorsports were our one stop shopping places for LT items when we use to race them. HighPoints no longer in the biz though.
