I'm looking into getting a swingarm ans chassis skid plate but what company offers the best one. Is the UM skid plates good, Or how about PRM?

PRM

I have to agree, We run prm skids and race xc they take alot of abuse.

PRM and get the 1/4" Very strong!

Either AC (Expensive) or Pro Aluminum. I will be bi***ed out for saying this, but I have seen so much PRM stuff bent or broken prematurly. Maybe it is just overproduced.

the ac swinger i had on my 400ex bent like it was paper...i have an armadillo now and it takes this type of abuse with hardly a scratch...

PRM .250 is the only way to go . It even covers your linkage unlike most others out there.

what about the dg? i hear theyre nice, ive never tested one

Ahh im not a big fan of dg... ive run some of their stuff and its to soft for my liking.. i run prm and have beat the living SH#@! out of it and it still looks new... i dunno theres always exception to every rule but prm is the best way to go in my book... or you could build a belly skid like i did lol

I had a UM and destroyed it in a few months, I have had and Armadillo for almost a year now, and have had no problems, even with racing XC. It has great ground clearance and is cheaper than all the rest. Go with Armadillo.
