Heavy smoke under acceleration is usually the rings. I believe it could also be the valve seals but it isn't going to smoke like you describe.

Doesn't sound like you are up to tearing it down. I recommend taking off the plastic and such though and using some degreaser and a powerwasher. Get it cleaned up and then take it to someone. Once the cylinder head is off, a machinist can check to make sure the bore is round and within specs. If not, you are looking at a 426. Otherwise, you might just need new rings.

on my headpipe it came in three pieces two of the pieces hook onto the headers and then go back to the pipe and they slide together once the bend is out from the front of the engine and a kid that knows alot about em says that i had a leak there and looked all over it took it apart put it back together and still i couldnt fix it so i just thot that was the way it was sposed to be but i dont know if that could be the prob or not?

You said there was a smoke spot on the right header? There are copper o ring seals that goes between the header pipe and the head, try replacing those. I had this happen to me once during a race and it smoked real bad sounded like crap, it backed fired alot.

If you find out that it is your valve seals that need to be replaced, there is another company that makes valves seals better than the Honda stockers... I can not remember the name though... Any help would be appreciated.

Good luck!
