what did you guys do to upgrade the looks of your 300ex.... also i was wondering what is some cheap mods to make my quad have more hp and faster?

to improve the looks I guess you could paint the motor mounts or stuff like that and powder coat the frame. I just put some handlebars on it and tires and stuff. If you dont use it that much you could take your headlight off also.

for the power nothing is really cheap, but something to get started would be a pipe, jet kit and air filter.

try and make it stand out from other 300ex's. PC the frame, get some new plastics and graphics. Heres mine:
