How much did the dealerships charge to put the hrc kits in your bike? They are telling me like 600 for the kit and install and I hav eto get a dealer to do it cause I have the 4 year warranty. Or if anyone might know some way around it please let me know cause I want to get the kit in before the winter series, which starts the first of october.

You just buying the regular HRC kit not like stage 2 cam or any thing special correct. If thats the case should only be 300 for kit, 100 bucks to install!

But all honda shops are different, and their hourly rate.

I got my kit for $250 and it only takes an hour and half to put in so labor shouldn't be anymore then $150.

The HRC kit is that only for close quaters racing, or is it okay for trail and dune riding?

I heard only for like track racing or what ev!

accually the hrc kit provides more top end punch, making it better for open course, or dunes, rather than close tight courses

install it yourself. i picked my hrc kit up for around $260 i think from service honda. if something goes wrong with the bike put the stock stuff back on so they dont' know you messed with it.
