Who makes the best set-up for desert? How much longer? And do you touch the swingarm length?

Thanks all

I think dessert racing would be a +2 or +3 setup depending on what offset wheels you go with. I think a +3 a-arm and 4-1 offset wheels would work great.

Sounds good. Who makes the best a-arms?

HAHA, there is no answer to that. It is truley opinion. If you want my opinion, Walsh, Roll and Leagers(t-pin) are the best. Houser, JB(and leager cheapies), LSR, Herrmann, ARS-FX, Gibson, Holtz, Burgurd, Arens, JRD, Janssen....ect(sorry if i left you out) are all good also. There are a few I would steer away from though.

Thank you. How about the shocks... PEP (the 20 click or position)??? if that exsits or elka's I have no clue

I use laeger t-pins pricey but the absolute best in my opinion. they are +2 for the 450r, laeger swinger in the rear +1.25
works pro series with remote res up front.
works ultracross in the rear designed for a elka linkage

but the new works pro series g-4's are at the top of my list

We use the Laegers +2 with Elka Quad rates and an Elka on the back. All prepped by Precision Concepts. Works really good!

If you get the peps, get the 8 clicks, one friend has 20 clickers, and another has 8 clicks. THe 8 clicks are much better, you can tell a diff. in one click, when the 20 clicks take about 3 or so to tell a diff.
