im thinking about getting a 03-04 z or kfx 400, but i have heard that the frame break really easy is this true and how can it be fixed??

yea i have a 03 and i broke my frame pretty bad once so u will need to get a burgard gusset kit there aroung 60-80$ not bad that sould be all u need

if you ride hard then yes, a fully gusseted chassis is almost a must on any sport quad, with the Z / KFX being at the top of the list for needing it badly.

i have a 03 kfx the fram has broken 2 times at the top of the shock mounts and my friend had a 02 z and his frame broke in half in the front, like the hole front from the oil tank up broke off and Suzuki gave him another frame and it broke where the shocks mount. THE FRAMES SUCK.
