I need A pic of 300EX's with 01 Raptor rear shocks. I need to see how you got the rese mounted. I got mine on and it works perfect BUT!!!! I can't seem to get the rese mounted in an up right posesion because the hose is too short. I have it mounted to the fram on it's side above the fram but it just dosen't look right. I think that I might not have the rese routed right but it's the only way I could see. How tight con the hose be?

Frame Can my bad!

If you can save up the cash to have the shock rebuilt, you should have it done and have them throw on a 250R length reservoir hose. It'll give you the extra length to mount it towards the front of the quad.

Could someone atleast zoom in on this pic. I tryed it and it looked like crap.

best i can zoom in without it looking like crap.

Yeah thats the best I could get too. I need to see the route the rese hose takes to go from the shock to where it's mounted on the frame.

eh best i could do

here you go i think. you have to take off the fuse holder and the wires box thing that comes from the battery the lil connector to get it like this and the only thing i dont like is the compression adjuster is on the inside which means you have to take the clamps off to adjust the compression but no big deal. the hose is outlined in red for you and sorry for the big picture

Thanks for the pic. I'll have to re route mine I see where it has to go now.

I fixed my rese and I have it mounted in the right location now. Thanks for the help. I should be getting some pics up of the bike with my new raptor shock on it.

Wonder if anybody has had any problems with it rubbing a hole in the rezzie. I guess if u got it real snug it would be able to move but u never know.

What all is the benefit-Is it worth it?

it is very very very much worth it this is probably by far the cheapest thing you can upgrade to (as fas as suspension goes) and it makes a world of difference
