how is the suzuki lt.250r on the track?
im finishing mine up and plan to go to some open practise at walden (ace) and dimondback. i know the lt. is no 250r, but does it do decent? (i will be running stock susp, aarms, and axel)

their not to bad. their not the greatest but their decent...mostly depends on the rider. my friend has 1 hes usually around 15 out of 20. he has alot of crap done to motor but stock susp...he blew it up last race. if u had some susp it would be alot better.

their pretty good actually. if your used to the way they handle then its pretty easy to tear it up on the track. the stock suspension is terrible i think so that will probably be the worst part about it. personally i like the characteristics of the lt motor alot more than the R motor. thats stock for stock of course though. if i were you i would buy some cheap works double rates with no rezzies. their 10 times better than the stock suspension believe me.

a buddy of mine runs a 85 LT250R XC. He always seems to whip up on me....he's been riding a bit longer than i have, but still....
Also, i heard someone say that the LT is actually faster motor than th 250R?! Any truth to this???

yep the lt was faster. the 250r was always the slowest engine and the lt was the second fastest and the tecate was the fastest
