can somebody please give me the jetting specs for a TC pipe on a 400ex with a KN filter?

I ran a 152 main, stock pilot, needle I believe in 3rd place, and the fuel screw I am thinking 2-1/2 turns. I asked Tom what to run and ran what he told me. I think that's what it was...
