I finally have the money to get a pipe. Though I still don't have enough for an hmf or sparks. I was looking at a wb e-series. Would this be a good choice? It also can't be loud and I'm pretty sure the wb isn't over 96 db's. I already have a k&n filter. Anyone with this pipe for the 250ex- how do you like it? Any help would be appreciated.

dude get an fmf megamax2 exhaust its a slip on i like them i have one oin my 250

re-jeted carb
fmf megamax pipe
k&n airfilter
pre filter
no air box lid

The only reason I got mine because it was the only thing I could afford at the time. I wish I would of saved up for a white bros. or something else.

yea the megamax is cheap but it isnt that great. i had one on my 300ex. its not the greatest. your better off saving up then buying a nice exhaust.

That is what I am asking, is an e-series a nice exhaust? I don't think I will get the fmf because I have heard a lot of bad about them.

yes the e-series is a nice exhaust. thats what i put on my old 250 and i got the e-series on my 400.

he said cheap...hmf is a little on the expensive side in my eyes

like everybody else said, the white bros is good. or maybe the duncan? somewhere i saw somethin about a scorpion exhaust..maybe it was on dennis kirk...idk for sure. but u could get the silencer and headpipe seperately so that if got the slip-on u could get the headpipe later if u decide u want a full system.

I have a Megamax II for my 250X and they work pretty good with a K&N filter and no airbox lid

Go with an HMF from that place^^. One of my friends bought an HMF system from there for his 250 and it was a very good pipe. Sounds nice too

i finally got my hmf pipe and it sounds and performs tremendous!!!i will have to rejet because i have a k&n filter but this pipe has a really nice bark to it and does add quite a bit of power.nice in chrome too.i recomend it.
