what difference does the cc in the cool head domes make? smaller cc mean more compression or less? what do the diff cc's get you? more top end more bottom end? what?

smaller cc = more compression.
more compression = more torque,bottom end power
anything over 190lbs psi needs race gas (give or take 10lbs depending on conditions)

what is a good psi to aim for then cuz i race flat track and some tracks take top end but some dont lol.
