i have a white bros e series, a k&n air fiilter with the outerwear and no airbox lid on my raptor, what size or how should i jet my quad, because a soon a i put the pipe on it craps out on me , back fire and all that good stuff. please help

I don't know that much about WB but I would start with this;
w/full exhaust=set mixture screws at 2 3/4 turns, move needle to 4th clip, and 160L/165R Mikuni main jets.
w/slip on=same as above but 155L/160R Mikuni main jets.

I am running an open filter and I have been battling the same question. I have found a solution...LRD performance. Call them and request a Raptor jetting kit. This has different needles, jets, springs, and all the instructions. The different needle helped out the most, along with the new springs...
