clicking sound when i start

well, when i kick my 450r over, sometimes it doesnt fully return, and make this clicking sound that resembles a bmx bike when your not pedaling, this is normal right? or is there something wrong?

make sure your kickstarter has came all the way back up to wear it suppose to be, so its not engaged or whatever. I forgot to lift my foot up one time and couldnt figure out what that noise was either

Yeah thats just the kickstarter if it hasnt returned all the way. Normal
