We got some Contact Cleaner and I found out it takes the Yellow Color off of the 400EX Frame and Parts. Has anybody else tried this? I just want to make sure it won`t mess up the Paint on the Frame or anything before I do anymore. I hope it`s ok because I have already cleaned most of my 400 with it. So do you think it is OK for Paint?

Well I can tell you that carb clean or brake clean will take the powdercoat off your frame! And I know this from experience unfortenatly.

Well I read on the Can and in little words it said it was safe for Paint, Wood, and some other Stuff. So I should be Fine.
