does anyone know where ican find some rules on AMA racing, more specific, TT racing? id like to know exactly how wide and so forth. Is there any problems with running valve stems on the inside of the rims?....i had to turn mine in to get under 50 inches, which is what i think is the legal limit....any thoughts?....thanks

The rules for TT races can be found in the AMA rulebook. The general rules are in the front of the rule book and the ATV rules are in Chapter 11. If you go to the AMA website you can bownload the rulebook.
The front end can't be wider than 50 in with you on the quad.
