ANYBODY ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THERE HEAD PIPES CRACKING ON THE YFZ450. I JUST HAD MY THIRD ONE CRACK.I'M RUNNING THE WHITE BROTHERS RACE SYSTEM WITH THE TITANIUM HEADER.WHITE BROTHERS REPLACED THE LAST 2.ITS JUST STARTING TO BE A PAIN IN THE ***.I'M SENDING THE WHOLE PIPE BACK THIS TIME IN HOPES OF IT BIENING REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.

are you installing it correctly? loosen the header tighten the silencer then tighten the header, i got that lil note with a fmf pipe i bought awhile back...also your subframe or silencer could be bent and stressing the header

Because it's more than a coincidence... I broke my header from White Brothers as well. I should get my new one in a few days. It really sucks that they break, but at least they are replacing them for free. Despite the breaking header, I really love the exaust pipe.

just talked to wb.a new pipe is on its way.they said the muffler will have two mounts instead of one.hopefully it won,t break a fourth time.

I don't think this is simply bad luck. I think White Brothers has a serious problem they need to fix with their headers. Dana Creech has broke several titanium header pipes this year. Two I know of are at Red Bud causing him to go to the LCQ and in the Great Outdoor Games. I've also heard of other local people with problems with the WB pipe. If I were you I'd try to get my money back and buy something different.

My Pro Lrd header did the same damn thing, and LRD did not replace it, they told me to buy another one, at $200+, Mine was installed by shop and then again buy me carefully. We took mine and welded the poop out of it and it has held up nicely so far.

So it is not just WB...

just recieved my replacement exhaust from wb.they sent me a complete alum pro 2 system

.this one has two mounts on the muffler.hopefully no more cracks

well well well this sounds familiar i also am running the wb pro aluminum model and broke 2 headpipes on the 04 model and they finally sent me an 05 which ive had for a 2 months or so now and no problems. They tried telling me my usbframe was bent and they wouldnt replace the pipe

O yea also how do the jets theys ent you work out because they are a little of with mine and i ahve to take the time to dial it in.

for jetting i ended up at 48 pilot 178 main 3rd clip on ncvq needle
i also have the wb rev box,k&n airfilter w/cam mod

Talk to Crazy Honda...........He had his LRD headpipe crack not long ago and they replaced his for free! PM him.
