I don't know about you but I like quiet pipes and the white brothers is quieter I think. I looking for a used one becuase new ones are so expensive.

a white brothers exhaust is every bit as loud as an hmf. any aftermarket pipe is going to be loud, only way to get them a little quieter is to pop a quiet core in them but i dont know how much they help.

oh and ive herd that big gun exhaust for the 250 is great.

yea big gun it pretty good i got it on my 300 only prob. is that its all high end u dont really feel the difference unless u are cranking it or jumping

I wish i would of got and HMF or WHITE BROS. I didnt have the money for those tho so i just got the fmf its alright but i wouldnt get it again. Go with the HMF

I rode on a 250ex with a DG Xcellerator exhaust and it was pretty peppy but I never rode one stock to compare power.

How loud was it? have you ever heard a stock one? If so how much louder is it? Was it a full system or a slip on? i am interested in buying one and i want to heard what people say about them that have ridden with them. i found a full system on denniskirk.com for $240. Looking at the picture, it looks like it has two headers, will this fit on my 2003 honda 250ex?

well i want a little more performance out of it. an exhaust is the last thing i will be adding. it cant be extremely loud because of where i live so that has to be taken in to consideration. Is there a big difference between a full system and a slip on?

heres a cheep way to get more performance out of the 250
take the baffle out of the exhaust
buy a air filter
and rejet
take off air box lid

what will taking off the airbox lid do? also when you say rejet, do i have to buy a jet kit? ive never had to rejet before. i already have a kn filter

takin off the lid will give more air flow and yes u will have to buy a jet kit
