ok this is starting to worry me, i know its not burning any, but seems like every time im done riding there is alot less coolant then there was i have to refill it ever ride pretty much, could the cap be bad? spring all frayed in the cap?

i use to have the same problem its the cap in the coolant reservoir spilling out the cap so i took a air hose for a gas cap and stuck it into the hole and i never had anymore problems.

Your mechanical seal maybe bad. Start it up and see if water drips out under your water pump.

problem solved guys well could be the cap to but the head gasket was junk had a cometic on hand so i put that on now all i gotta do is get some new oil put in and new coolant

Throw that cometic away, and get a stock metal one. Cometic is junk, I use to blow one every other week. Then T n T motorsports told me to run stock ones.

Bad idea! By the time you realize that the gasket is leak, major damage could already be done. I would not wait for it to blow. I would repleace it with a OEM gasket ASAP.
