Does anyone know how to, or even if you can remove the studs from the exhaust mounts on a 400ex. I twisted one off and need to replace it. Is this even possible?

Yes you can remove them and replace them. It shouldn't be very hard unless they are rusted into the head.

are they just left hand threads on the end that goes in the motor? If not how do I pull them out?
