I found a cylinder that is a 310 big bore....Its had a piston break in it and the guy says it needs to probably be resleeved...How do I resleeve a cylinder and if I can do it how much would it be to send it off to be done...would it be even worth it to buy a cylinder in need of a resleeve?

It's not worth it unless you know people that can get you a good price on parts and labor.

I made that mistake once and this is what you will need:

1. New Sleeve
2. labor to install the new sleeve
3. Match the previous porting
4. Piston kit
5. Head machining?

This will set you back at least $500.

Is it worth it???
