in cs2 go to image-adjustments-hue/saturation
make sure you selcet to colorize it

so how hard is it to restore a photo that is blurry with PS?
I have a photo of my boy that I wish had turned out that i would love to have cleaned up.

The text I need done is Justin Strong #43.
I need these done for my helmet, and number plates.
Red with black and or blue outline will go on the number plates.
And I am getting black outlined in blue on the helmet.

i used to be a photoshopper...loved doing peoples stuff but once i got my laptop i stopped....time for a little request.

-red suzuki S on gas tank to blue
-remove little white/red sticker under the red S on gas tank

one with black rims & blue hubs
one with blue rims & gold hubs
one with gold rims & blue hubs

i really appreciate all help but im looking for someone who knows what theyre doing with PS to help me out....no offense but the ms paint drawings arent a huge help

hey man, its nothin against you, i just dont know how to bypass stickers and stuff. I never quite learned that much. I was gonna have robin hood teach me how but i never got around too it.
