we picked up a 95 trx 90 missing a stock bumper
for cheap and its killing me what to do with it
its all stock and clean do I sell it and make money to build the new race bike better
or just bite the bullet and go HONDA

cool, looks nice. looks just like dan-o's when we brought his home.
it is a 95 also. you can do a couple of cheap things to it for performance. put a thinner head gasket on it. i think we achieved almost 11 to 1 for a really small price. 5 degree advance key. cut the the pink speed limiter wire coming out of the engine case. if i remember right check in the head pipe it closes up around the bend or before it. grind it out to open up the exhaust.
match port the head with the exhaust, i think the exhaust is real thick where it meets the head and can be opened up on the inner dia.. put a denso plug in.take off air box lid for mx. uni filter. jet it. all this can be done really cheap and you'll be suprised by the results.

i got a used big gun exhaust with a baffle in it from icracing that sounds cool.has been re-painted with heat paint(looks good) $100 plus shipping

in the next week or two i'll have a used:
2 inch extended icracing swing arm
yfz shock to match
axle carrier with guts also complete brake assembly
extended brake line
dura-blue +3 axle
dura blue +2 1/2 wheel extenders 5 inch total
='s 8 inches of width in the back
hubs
dura blue rims
18 inch snow hogs
also sprockets 50,52,54 tooth 52,54 brand new sprocket specialists

in other words a complete mx race set-up for the rear of a trx90.
ready to bolt-up!!!!!!!!! if not sold i will list on ebay next month.
everything has only 12 race weekends on it from last season
bought new at start of 05 race season. exceptions are rims and tires but they are in good shape.

yes

disc brakes,billet carrier,alum. hubs,titanium axle, etc.....

icracing and pro-fab have a bunch of new stuff out

they also have 3 300ex their building and will enter the
youth production market next year.
