my friend bought an 05 raptor and has a gytr slip on and he called yamaha and they said he did not have to rejet so, But he is running lean as all hell the plug still looks new no carbon on it at all

i would say if he is running lean, then rejet. jets are cheap and there isnt any reason to buy a few and see which works the best! anyone out there have a gytr slipon? you may be able to do a google search across the internet and find somebody that has already run into this.

thanks i will do that

let us know how it turns out! also remember that tempature changes affect jetting

you should defintly rejet because of the new exuast

i re jeted my old raptor and it had the gytr slip on i think it was a 155 cant rember for sure. if you buy the gytr jet kit it has diffrent set ups on the back and tells you what jet to use
