Yep, but the 350 and 400 are a lot closer together than the z400.

The z400 is a little faster then the 400ex but not by alot. The raptor 350 is slow and it won't even stay with the 400's!

I disagree I had a mojave and I could beat blasters. They are pretty close though. The raptor350 may try to compete with the 400's but I will lose badly!

some of that is true. the z will win in top end but the raptor 350 will win in low end. and for the 400, its a good race wit the 350. i have pictures of a 350 beating a z on takeoff

Did it really gain that much power i heard it shaved off 22lbs from the warrior to raptor transformation and just grabbed it's big bro's cosmetics, i dont think the raptor 350 could take a z low or high end, my personal opinion.

the guy on the z REALLY cannot ride at all lol. my dad has a warrior, which is only a little heavier than the rap 350, and i raced him on my z and gave him a little head start and by the time i was at the top of 2nd, i had passed him.

the raptor 350 is no different from the warrior except for a new silencer, plastics, and 10 pounds taken off it.

if a guy on a raptor 350 is beating a z400 of the line, then the guy on the 400 should not be riding

What a dumb ?, but i will be out riding this weekend with my buddies and one of them has a Warrior with a pipe and filter. I will line them up against my 05 Z400 and see what the outcome is, this is if he will even race me. He will probably look at me like im stupid but i will explain to him the reason. We have been riding a long time and that has never crossed our minds, just common sense

It won't even be a race because the raptor350 CANNOT compare to the 400's. The 400 will kill it from start to finish. I bet you could put a pipe on the raptor 350 and the 400's will still beat it.

Yeah your right it wasnt even a race, for the first 20 feet or so he was like at my rear wheel but he got wasted really quick, and i let out cause i had him beat so bad. He is still cussing me for such a STUPID question. Let me ask this i got a CBR600RR how would it do against a New Dodge truck with a hemi, not to good i think. use some common sense.

the raptor 350 (warrior) is a turd!!!!!!!!! the z400 is at the bottom of the 450 type bike line-up, but is by no means a warrior / rap 350 equal. the z400 would beat it even if the rap 350 was mocified with pipe etc... . Anybody that knows anything about bikes wouldn't ask a question like this!!!!

again the answer is NO way will a raptor 350 win ever with equal riders (of course if you put a moron on the 400 he could loose,but it has nothing to do with the bike only rider)!!!!

Yeah i was comparing the Z to the Raptor 350 and the other for just comparison. Sorry for the confusion, and by the way my buddy still cusses me for racing him, i told him we would race again with him on my Z and me on his Warrior just to let him feel better. I do wonder where some people come up with such stupid questions.

I ride a raptor 350 and love it, but no way it'll hang with a Z. It does go faster than a warrior though. The raptor is lighter and has a bigger carb. I've got a friend with a warrior, jetted, piped (fmf), and better tires, and he can barely take my stock raptor350. In a hundred yards, I'll be at his back wheels or just barely behind. Mine also sits totally different from his, more like a yfz, you sit up more whereas on a warrior you reach up more. My buddy on the warrior loves his ride too though, guess we're all different.

Well.... heres what happend when i raced a 350rappy with a hotcam. stage 2 jets and a full ssystem when my 400ex just had a pipe on it.... when we took off i left him.... and he never could catch up... 5 out of 5 times i took him. 350 raptor cant handle the 400ex or the z 400

Where did he get a hot cam for a raptor 350??? If he did manage to get one... it couldnt have been runnin good cause hotcam dosent make em for the raptor 350 anymore cause they explode in the head, they also gave close to no gain for the raptor 350

a few months ago i had the chance to ride with a one day old raptor 350...i was the leader as i was the only one that knew the trails...
anyway, on the way back we took a road, and i was just cruising in low 3rd' gear cause we had some ute bikes with a passenger, and i look back and here come this raptor 350 as fast as he can go...i waited until he was almost up to me before i accelerated any more...looked back at him again and nailed the throttle...the 400ex just took off and when i shifted into 5th, the raptor was nowhere to be found...it kinda reminded me of how the 2nd place driver will try to get a run on the first place driver on restart in nascar...except, the raptor 350 couldn't hang...when we stopped, i asked th guy why he let off...he said he didn't...

I had a Raptor 350 with a pipe and rejetted. I beat my friend on his stock Z400. Our riding abilities are about the same. So give the 350 a little credit. Don't give opinions unless you can back them up.

Oh yeah...I did trade the 350 for an 06 YFZ 450. Now this quad will fly...Just put a Yoshi pipe on it, AC propeg nerfs, IMS Bumper and Pro taper bars.

well they dont haha... the warrior one will not work in a raptor, it has different cam bearings. I think the only place u can get a raptor 350 cam is powroll and there special made.

wow this is one of the stupidest threads i've seen!!! I work at a yamaha/kawasaki/suzuki dealership, and i can tell you from first hand experience (its my job people) that in no lifetime will a 350 ever dream of beating a 400. The ONLY and i say ONLY way it would happen would be either the 400 rider doesn't know how to ride OR that the 350 has THOUSANDS of $ in it where the 400 is bone STOCK. This is from someone who deals with both of them on a daily basis so take it for what its worth i guess.

I compared some kids rappy 350 to my 400ex before.. it cant even pull a wheelie! u have to hold the clutch in n rev it up on pavement!! Its not even a sport quad those things are a joke

look bro all im sayin is my quad can wheelie in second haha... i dodnt say anythin else about my quad bieng fast cause its realy not i diodnt get it for speed i got it cause its a realiable trail quad and its unique. Now ive looked at the 350 rapor and the warrior looks 2 me like there the same besides plastic and stuff, ive rode both of them and they run the same, And that guy said he had a hotcam on his i dotn think he would of lied, but just face it a 350 rapor aint much, there more a beginer racer. aint got nuthin on the z-400 or 400ex, i aitn tryin 2 put down the 350 rapor or nuthin but face it, they aint got nuthin on a 400ex or z400, and they wont. Now i ain tryin 2 piss any1 off or nuthin but just face the facts, 350 raptor wont run with them.
