I always herd that hondas are the most relaible atv. I was wondering if the KFX's and Z's are as reliable as hondas?

the z 400s are pretty reliable . i had an 03 and raced it at all the 03 gncc s in the A class and alot of local races i never had and motor prob s at all. i really liked mine but it just was nt fast enough so i got a honda 450 r. but the z s are nice quads.

there was a problen with the z's and kfx's and the frame broke often...im one of those owners

all three are super reliable, never had any problems with my dads Z or my bros EX. and for the frame problem that got fixed.

I've got a bunch of Z's now,and they're pretty darn reliable. No motor problems, but a lot of gusseting on the frames. With the exception of the rear axle bearings, the Honda's are dang near bulletproof. The Honda frames are far superior.

Z's are very reliable probably even more in the motor department. Honda is having its fair share of problems just like anybody else.. No jap maker makes a good frame for racing,,,,, period.. They all break.

If your a person who rides for the hell of it and for fun, your not a "serious" rider like jumping and actually racing where you are hammering your machine for an extended time non stop then all of them would be good bikes.

Any motocross racer needs to guesset their frame. But if u just trailriding or playing on a z you will never have problems with the frame. Iv had my bike for a year and no problems and i do mx.

They are just about as reliable as any honda if you take good care of it. The only problems i've ever had with my 03 was because of me. but the 03s do have some weak frame spots. that was fixed in 04 though.
