Has anyone on here bought anything from Jeff from Freeride Technology? We purchased a freestyle ramp threw him about Feb. 20 2005 i have been getting the run around from him since. he first told us that we would recieve this ramp last month. from then on he has continued to tell that we would see it "next week for sure"! Well the next we has came and gone about a month ago. Now he is telling us that he is gonna knock off the shipping charge and we will get it soon. Now we can not get the ramp from him.

Jimmies ramps are NICE. they roll smooth, have a perfect arc and are built to last, for sure. id go with his if i were you

shoulda got it from me i would of had it done in a week in a half... no exceptions no excuses.

i would of done it cheaper plus you dont have to pay all up front with me... and im a helluva lot closer.

most everyone here knows who i am... thanks for the referal guys, cost this guy alot of wasted time, money, and aggrivation and cost me business.

yeah i know... hes just so damn busy its unreal.

ive tried talking to him several times to sub some stuff out...ill build it and he keeps cash for the sale. cant beat that. do nothing and get paid for it plus get your name out.... just doesn't seem into it.

he could of had me build his style ramp for you.

No, Not yet and we have tried to get him to send our money back and he won't do that either. (I think we have been scamed.) The last time we talked to him he said he was leaving with it today on his way to the Gravity Games and that he would call us, Guess what no call. I would'nt suggest anyone sending him money up front for for a ramp. I'll keep you posted

You can check this with a lawyer but I think all you have to do is request your money via certified letter. There is a time period that a business has to send out mechandise once they charge you. I am sure he is past the limit and is breaking the law. You have the option to receive the refund or the mechandise.

He also falls under some federal guidelines. It is one of the risks of doing business across state lines.

acutally in in PA, im way closer than TX.

anyhow, i dont know whats up either. i cant get ahold of him and he hasnt returned my calls either.

sorry to hear about your luck.

i'm being scammed by a company on something now myself. motocross companies it seems are so casual.

did you by chance get an invoice from him with the money? if not i doubt there is a single thing you can do becuase theres no way to tell if the money was just a "gift" . however and hopefully... there is something that can be done.
