how do you block off the oil injecter pump with out buying the kit on a1998 polrais trail boss 250 thks

I have been to Hot seat website they have block off kits there. they look fairly simple. I think that you just needed to unbolt the pump and it slides out. and the rest of your cables and lines removed.

I was wondering if you would know what i need to do to a 400 explorer that i have put on duel stage boyse reeds and my clutch doesnt kick in till about haf throttle I moved the main jet up one clip to lean it out, and turned the pilot air screw out because the instuctions for the reeds say that it makes the carberator run rich on the main jet and leaner on the pilot jet. the exhaust pipe is mostly free flow. I have stock clutch weight sand spring.
