I have an 04' 400ex that will not start, it sounds like its taking in air. I have a jet kit that i had professionally installed. I think that the carb needs cleaning ne tips so i can get it started and ride the friggen thing im paying out of my *** for....

have you looked at the plug to see if its getting wet?

while its out, put it back on the wire, lay the plug on the motor and see if youre getting fire..

change the plug, its usually a cheap and easy fix. other wize make sure you have no vacuum leaks on the intake manifold or the exhaust header (if youve had it off). take carb apart and clean out really good, blow out the jetts to get out any kind of particles that could be in there. good luck
