Has anyone throwen a 250R hood on the Maier racing front fenders? I bought the silver front and back racing fenders and the 250R carbon fiber hood. I'm die'n to get it on...

heres mine with 250r hood. do a search on it and u will find alot of pics and instructions how to put it on.

Hey Dustin check out the first pic in this thread, that is the 250R stock hood replpacement and you can mount the light off your bars....

What year is that hood? I have a different style. Isn't that 86-88?

thats looks pretty good man, so what, did you just cut the tabs off on the back of the hood and drill new holes? B/c on my hood there are tabs at the ends on both sides to bolt to the bike. Also, my hood seems like it's kinda flat ya know? the 300's frontend it's rounded off.... did you just heat it up and let it bend or what??

Yup, i cut the tabs off and rounded the top then and drilled new holes. Heat it up (but not to hot) and bend into position. <--That process takes time and lots of tries to get it perfect. Any other ?'s just ask.
