What makes certain stems "Anti-Vibration"? Like Roll Design says anti-vibration but Houser doesn't. Is Roll's liquid/gell filled or something?

they have rubber bushings where the bar mount bolts through the stem.

All most all aftermarket stems are anti-vibe, including Housers.
