Question about Long Travel Shocks

My understanding was that all LT shocks for the Rs were 19 inches extended (center to center).

Has any one heard something different?

I recently purchase an aftermarket frame on eBay. The listing indicated the a-arms included in the sale are for Long Travel shocks. However after asking the seller again if these a-arms will work with the 19" shocks he said they would be a bit short.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

LT is any where from 18" to 22" thouse r the extremes. most comon lengths are 19.25" and 19.5"

a standard travel shock or for +2 a arms uses a 16" shock, the LT uses a 19" shock,

the shock mount point is moved out away from the frame on the bottom, and offers more progressive valving. I dont think very many companies are using a 22" shock on 250rs, it must be some special setup.

Perhaps the seller is confused, and possibly thinks that the STOCK length is 19 inches?

If the seller bought the A-arms, he obviously had a set of shocks in mind, or had a set already installed at one time. Why don't you ask about them?

Yeah,

The seller was confused. The a-arms and frame I bought are set up for the 19" shocks so my shocks will work.

I bought a PRP frame. Has any one heard of them before? I haven't.

Thanks
