Im wondering if anyone has encountered any prioblems using a stock radiator with a built engine....cc 265, 310. I plan on putting a 265 kit in my project R and was wondering if a stock radiator would be able to keep it cool. Do I really need to drop the extra $200-300 dollars to go aftermarket?

i run the stocker with my 265. from my experience, them in line coolers help a bit with cooling. but the stocker for me does the job. but someday when i run out of parts to upgrade into aftermarket... im sure ill get a bigger one, lol

Im running a 330 with a stock radiator with no overheat problems. I have two huge in line coolers that help out alot. Dont get me wrong a bigger radiator with help out much more then the in line coolers.

stocker will be fine. grab some inline coolers. but make sure they hav atleast 10 fins.
