Round # 6 of the ITP/MAXXIS GNC Series is in the books!
The Entry levels were up once again with a wopping 721 entries!
The official 3rd largest race in ATV History!
I guess the North East is staying on top of their game with Participation!
Looking over the results from the race I noticed a lot of District 34 racers attending!
This would prove that the NEATVMX series is alive and kicking with all of the NY, Conn, NH and Maine riders in attendance!
Pennsylvania and New Jeresy were aslo representing in great numbers!
And I cant forget the Mid Atlantic states bringing up the rest of the rider count!
All of you guys are great and a special thank you for revving up your machines with all of the inclimate weather!
Speaking of weather, I think that all of you had heard about the rain on Friday night and Saturday! MUD BOG for the Qualifiers !

Posted by: RemNS

With the track being washed out for Saturday's Qualifiers, we decided not to ruin the equipment and layed off of taking photos of all of the classes!

We tried to keep up wit who was where but just could not follow the action in most of the classes because the guy in Brown was always in 1st , 2nd, 3rd, 4th!

Ya everyone was covered in mud and you didnt know who was who until they had passed you! Especially since the double gates and tripple gates had all of the classes mixed up! I do believe the scores were a little off too but the scorers did the best they could with the conditions!

Posted by: RemNS

A few of the brave ones ventured out into the rain to watch or guess at their rider!

Posted by: RemNS

My son had a ball though!
All little boys must play in the mud You know!
6 sets of clothes on Saturday!

Posted by: RemNS

Dustin Wimmer was the rider of choice for many fans this weekend!
The fact that he won the qualifier and was featured on the event shirt made Dustin a huge hit for the weekend! Needles to say his performance on Saturday was one of the best finishes he has posted!

Here Dustin spends a little time at Moto Tees signing some shirts for the crowd!

Great job Dustin!

Posted by: RemNS

Pro pratice only featured 3 or 4 riders with all of the mud!

Spader had actually borrowed a bike from a neighbor in the pits to run practice!

The lucky pit neighbor was probably thinking to himself " Man I never knew my bike ran that fast"!

Anyway, thanks to the friend and "SOMEONE PLEASE PICK UP THIS GUY WITH A FULL RIDE"

T-DOC needs some help in sponsorship and is posting some consistent finishes as he hauls his bike to the track in the back of a mid size pick up!

Trav, just for the fun of it you should make up a wooden sign for your pits and throw up a tent and make sure you have the amount of pit space that the rest of the pro's have! PRIVATEER LAND! That would be rather amusing!

Great run on the weekend T-Doc!

All of the rain moved out Sunday morning and a little bit of wind and sun helped dry up the track for Sunday's mains!

I was a little worried Early SUnday morning though. It rained so hard at about 5 in the morning that it woke me up and I do believe I said of few prayers for better weather for you guys before I went back to sleep!

Posted by: RemNS

The PRO pits looked good on Sunday with some sun hiting them for the first time on the weekend!

If you look close I think that is Shane DOG Hitt in the background!
He's getting ready for the TT Season to start!

Posted by: RemNS

With the warm and sunny weather getting out on the scene, all of the crazies came out of their caves and were ready to party!

I was walking by these guys and they shouted " A Beer For A Photo"!

You owe me a beer!

I'll collect at RED BUD!

Posted by: RemNS

Well we said we would have a Productions class Blow out at Budds Creek and that's what we'll do!

Here is the class list for Amateur Coverage!

ProductionC
Yth Production
90 Production Sr.
90 Production Jr.

ANd Yes we did cover the Womens classes! A and B/C will be covered also!

Here is a Photo of Laura My editor/photographer. She told me she would kill me if I didnt delete the photo so I thought OK I guess I'll just have to show the whole world!

It's alright though, she's in Colorado on vacation this week and probably wont see it until after Red Bud!

I think she may have had a litle too much of the Arno's wine Saturday night and decided to let the little ones decorate her hair!

GOTCHA LAURA!

Ya you did but I got the photo off the forum myself
So there!!!!

A Little delay in the report comes from a trailer that was just outright filthy and a pressure washer that blew the manifold off of it! I fought with that stuff for 2 days then my cell went on a frenzy so I fought with Verizon for a whole Day! And a graduation of a close family member from College came around on Saturday!

Too much craziness at RemNS Productions and an editor on vacation!

Alright so I started getting everything ready to post early this morning and thought I'd have enough time to finish before we had to go to Mothers Day dinner but I guess I only type at 10 words per minute or something! It's now 3 hours later and I'm just starting the amateur coverage!

Whatever I dont finish up this morning I'll have up by night Fall!
I owe it to you guys for going out there and competing in all of that Mud!

Posted by: RemNS

Unlimited Production would have a tripple gate on Saturday as 33 riders signed up for the class!

Most of the photos were a gues at who was who so I'll trow up a few and let you guys decided who it is!

I thought it would be great to illustrate just how bad the conditions were to start the morning off on Saturday!

Posted by: RemNS

Qualifier winners were #215 Thomas Hager, #98 John Ragon and # 21 Mark Kendall!

Here Ragon Leads the pack in the mud!

Posted by: RemNS

That's not style that is just adjusting to a muddy takeoff !

Posted by: RemNS

#101 Rocco Arno still manages to get some air with the slick track!
Rocco Finished up 4th in the Qualifiers!

Posted by: RemNS

There was some good racing going on even with the muddy conditions!

Posted by: RemNS

These Guys were coming off the track and they just looked miserable!
Covered in mud and then having to wait a few hours for water to spray off! That's just plain nasty!

Hat's off to all of you for finishing the weekend!

Posted by: RemNS

Hey, someone tell Bobby Ross that there are Porta Potty's at the track!

Just joking! As long as I can remember, Bobby has wore the Casper look at any mud races!

Bobby finished up 10-10 did not qualify and probably wishes the rain would have never came! He is usually one of the top runners in this class!

Posted by: RemNS

Time for Mothers Day dinner! I'll post the rest this evening!

Rick

The Womens A Class!

The mud claimed a few of the riders in the womens class on Saturday but the strong will always survive! Jami Luburgh (9) Chasity Neece (10) and a few other Womens B riders found it hard to get going!

Angela Moore also had a little to worry about after finishing up 2nd in the mud on Saturday but who worries, she came back with a vengence on Sunday and pulled out into the early lead! If Angela would win the moto she would get the overall win and put a serious push on the points leader Heather Byrd!

Guess What!!!!!

We have a points battle going on! Angela pulled the holehot and hung on to the checkers! It's gettin hot in here !!!!! So take off all your clothes!!! OOppss! were talking about the womens class! Behave! The battle is heating up though!!!!!!

Posted by: RemNS

Heather Byrd will not relent the points lead that easy! Look for some great battles coming up in this class and the points race coming down to the wire

Posted by: RemNS

Throw into the points battle this little lady and we have a spectators dream! Last race, Michelle posted up a second place overall! like I said it's gettin hot in here!

Posted by: RemNS

One thing I like to see is that 5 of the 6 Womens A Riders are from PA! YA baby the Pennsylvania blood struting their stuff!
D5 Paula grabbing 4th on the weekend!

Posted by: RemNS

#6 Ashley Imler another D5 girl made a first showing in the A Class and looks to be following in Paula's racing path as they are both from the same Locality!

Posted by: RemNS

Another PA Rider not sure how close but she is still family if she's from PA!
Hearher Gaul #63

Posted by: RemNS

The overall for the womens A class went:
1) Angels Byrd
2) Heather Byrd
3) Michelle Reiser
4) Paula Shank
5) Ashley Imler
6) Heather Gaul

A few more pictures of the lovely ladies airing it out!

Posted by: RemNS

Womens B also saw a little change and another heat up in the points battle!

#11 Leslie Ragon decided to keep Doc as her mechanic and must of saw the Voodoo lady to get the curse off of her racing! NO BREAKS! NO WRECKS! Just the first one to the checkered flag!

Posted by: RemNS

#25 Jami Luburgh had a bad outing on Saturday and slipped to the 9th spot which opened the door for 2 other riders to catch the overall #88 Cindi Hart and...

#55 (Foley Blood) Jeanine Crawford!
