Indoor TT racing Everett Wa May 20-21

Cheech might have beat me to the punch on this one. I found out that Checkered Flag Promotions is having a moster truck show at the Everett Events Center. We Quadcycle pilots get to play as well. 2 atv classes, Pro, and Amateur. Pro payback is 150%, top 5 amateurs trophy. Only 10 machines for each class will get to run. First come first race. This is a 3 show deal. Friday at 7:30, Saturday 2:00pm and 7:30 pm. You can run 1 show or all 3 if you want.

You cross over guys that ride bikes also get to race. Same basic layout as quads.

By the way Bill, I didn't know U ran 2-wheels? When I signed up they said they have U on a 2-wheeler. She says she will give U a call or call her Monday if she doesn't.

Oh wait I know U talked one of those guys from Downtown HD out of there pitbike after they had that big Harley give away race.

why don't you come down to Pacific Raceways this weekend? may 15th. there is classes for all skills, bikes, ages and gender. (womens class).
lot's of prizes, family discounts, and Quads only.......... no boring dirt bikers. gates open at 6 am. and there is camping available.

Chandra Swain is running as well, she isn't running the pro class from what the promoter says. I guess it's not ice so she can sandbag huh?

I'm thinking Lemays in Everett. It is 2 blocks north of the EEC and the food is just ******in'. Really small place, but the food rocks! If we have to we could go to Petosa's or Buzz Inn, or even Denny's. Around 9:00am

no when i called we made 7 racers in the Pro Class. its me, tyler, brady, gerald, lance, and two other ppl. me, tyler, brady, gerald, and lance are racing friday and saturday

I got a small version of the race...The TT track was a JOKE(mud), it was a C class tire only..

Lance took 1st on the Heat.

On the Main he got the Holeshot again but they pull out the red flag do to some carnage on the first corner...Somehow he got the Cactus and got moved to the last row(4th or 5th row)

By the 3rd or 4th turn he was up to 4th

after that some dude was side ways on the track

he tried playing catch up but it was to late.. So he took 4th..

It was only class C for bikes. You can have knobbie on quads. Only reason he went to the back is because he jumped the green flag.

Saturday matinee......more of the same, less time to do it in.

pit meeting 10:15am
meeting over 10:20am
practice starts 10:30am
practice over 11:00am

pit meeting 11:05
"we are going to run heats before the show"
11:07 pit meeting over

12:00 heat race (bikes first to destroy an already bad track)
I felt pretty good, finished second in my heat (off to the LCQ I go?) WTF?

dumb arsed truck show starts

am quad LCQ I had the lead until half way through the white flag lap, cheech pulls alot of ground on me, goes for the pass, we make some sweet nerf bar love to each other, THE SQUIRREL passes us on the inside
last corner cheech and squirrel play house, I go for the pass and the win, only to bounce off the hockey rink wall and back onto earl, lights out! (that is all I remember until I wake up to bright light in my eyes. get myself to my machine as the final man is crossing the checkers, I did ride off the track)

my helmet has a big mark on it (it's going back to Arai for inspection) My head hurts like hell! I'm sorry, I don't have anything else to include st this time.

yea im not to happy with him right now cuz after the heat race he decided to ram into the back of me and bend the **** outta my silencer. i guess thats what happens when a 450r gets beat by a true 250 haha.

I dented my silencer last year racing and my grab bar when I stalled it on the championship race on the line ....

yea it just made me mad cuz he hit me AFTER i finished the heat race and was on my way back to the pits. its not my fault he stalled his bike during the heat and the main and couldnt get it restarted. anyone wanna put it on a new silencer for me? lol i hope someone got pics of all this stuff,

got 2nd in the heat and 6th in the main. first time ive ever raced that kinda track at all. ive only raced flat track. no jumps and no dirt like that sh*t. it sure was an experience

Bill I hope Ur head is feeling better!
I had a good time, track was set up kinda like RMC's TT but with Emerald Downs loose sandy dirt.(Sand is for OUTDOORS to keep from getting sloppy in the rain, not INDOORS!)
Afternoon show I got 1st in the Amatuer LCG, then 4th in the Main.
Evening show I got 1st in my heat race and 2nd in the Main.
With my limited racing experiance most of it has been MX and not TT or Flatrack so I think that helped me out, at least it helped me beat the 2 that had ran PRO prior and dropped class.

NOPE the jamboree is in July

we went w/ a local group there was about 25 or so of us GREAT times GREAT riding!!!!!

I hadn't heard anything. I couldn't see if anything did either, Sandvig grabbed the holeshot, I let Chandra jump in front of me and then I crossed behind her and behind Sandvig. Chandra went wide that first turn then I didn't see her again till lap 5/6. Just kept seeing the back of Sandvig slowly pulling from me thru the whole race. Friend of ours has the race on tape and I'll ask them to see what happened to Chandra, if someone took her out or what?

I'm new to most of this and kinda just lay low and take it all in and get to know and learn from the people who have been around and racing. But I sure am noticing alot of rumors and shadyness. I pretty much know that the four of the five guys with trophy's are new to this and had no clue to anything about Chandra. Sandvig probably knows her but he lead the whole way and I pitted with him and heard not one word of her.

I ran the class that I belong in, as well as my PSAR brothers. No one can say that Justin ran the wrong class either, he is only 15!

THATS nothing new LMAO pretty damn stupid if ya ask me. I seen someone intentionally take her out a couple years ago, it was NOT cool, I think the rumor people are just SKEERT

I've raced w/ her for 4 yrs & she's a damn good racer.

I heard 2nd hand the problem she had was her rear wheel kept packing full of mud & locking up, sounds like it's time for a good set of mud caps

Now I'm wishing I would of been there on my lil ol 300
