I like my 250r and all but im getting an idea of making it better. first off do you think the roll design lobo 2 kit is worth it (extended a-arms, tie rods, frame, steering stem, and quadruple rate elka with res.) for $2799. Then part out my 86 and add some of my 86 parts to it. Then with the money i get from parting out my 86 i will buy a roll design swinger and an extended axle. Is it worth it?
I do know most parts that wont fit an 89 from an 86 but too make sure can someone give a quick list of all the differences?

Honestly man- You will never get your money out of the mods you put into it. You put mods on it just because you want to.
Also the list 88-89 differences is monsterous!!!!!!!
I have typed it out before....and wow its a long list.

i know how big that list is i was thinkin someone had a print out on a web page or somethin and i know no matter what i add to my quad ill get the money out of it as it was brand new. i was comparing the price to buying a new frame, extended a-arms etc in the lobo 2 kit.

yes that kit is a very good price cause realistically....
elka piggy back shocks-1100.00 around (minus a little or add a little depending on where u buy them)
aftermarket swingarm-850.00-975.00
a-arms...600.00-750.00
and a frame lets not even get into that...aftermarket frames go from 1800.00 too like 2600.00
its a very good deal actually...in my front end alone theres prolly about 4 grand...i would get the kit your actually saving money then losing it...
