No, mickey dunlap of FST made ONE but only one, and it was not for sale to the public, it's way to much work to make those kits, so your stuck with air cool

It can be done. Find one of the CRF400 that were liguid cooled and do a motor swap. Then you would have the liguid cooled 400ex.
