i have a 440ex, ported, stage 2 hotcam, full trinity exhaust, k&n filter. i have a dynojet jet kit.

anybody? i put a 160 main in and a 45 pilot. i think i might try a smaller pilot and a 165 or 170 main. any suggestions would be great.

the elevation and temperature you ride in plays a pretty big role. i actually like what your jetted at. a 160 main sounds good. a 45 pilot sounds good. i would probably start around 2.5 turns out from lightly seated on the fuel screw. most run the needle in the 3rd or 4th clip position from the top. that is with a dynojet needle anyways.

I'm at 312ft. Close to you. I also have a Dynojet Jet kit. When I did my 440ex jetting I put it on the Air/Fuel monitor and I finished with a 170 main, needle in the 2nd position from top, and 3 turns out on the mixture screw. I would try that. You don't want to be too Lean.
