ok i just did a over haul on my 250x new piston valves etc. what is the break in process i need to go threw and change oil and how long it needs to run etc....

Start it up, let it warm up well, then run it balls to the wall---- I mean string the sonofa****** thru all the gears so everything seals up ok.

Then your broken in.

As far as when to change your oil during the process, I wont even bother saying just because for 2 reasons:
1)Its already been explained well many times on here
2) Everyone is going to have different opinions anyways on which oil to run and how often to change it.
