Ramp For Sale

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I built this ramp to practice on but I have turned my full attention to TT and Flattrack right now. All the ramp needs is a surface (metal or wood could work). These pics were taken before we welded in triangular bracing so its basically bulletproff. I may meet somewhere but not to far. Im located southeast St.Louis right now. Make an offer.

The ramp doesnt seem to have any bend, and isnt supported very well.

yeah sorry bud... theres no radius to that ramp... its basically worthless.

the only thing that COULD be used for with some modification is a landing ramp for a 50, go on some fifty boards and propose it as that

It's a freakin picture. Your notta gonna beable to tell the exact curve of it unless you see it in person. Quit screwin with peoples threads .

Can I see a side pic of it?

whaaaaaaaaaaat ? ....... you have a front / side angled pic....ive seen as much of the side i need to see..... you have NO radius to that transition... its MOSTLY straight, i do see a slight bend.

as i said the only use that has if for a fifty landing ramp. for a takeoff ramp. its worthless.

Posted by: Jason1

now after looking at it some more... even if your not gonna bend the radius at least like tame it out some, that would be like hitting a wall going from flat ground to the ramp

Posted by: NikNacs67

I need to go get new pics of this thing. I just went out to the other house and we changed it more then I thought. I will post pics later.

The radius of that thing is pretty obvious that its not curved much man, it needs to be a much smoother transition, that would feel like hitting a cross tie

if you had a really really big door you could use that ramp as a door stop.

Posted by: Shift_DVS

Or if you had a really big piece of paper, it could be used as a paper weight....

Posted by: Shift_DVS

My Suggestion before you sell that thing

Posted by: Atkins450

Yea, I guess you could turn it into a small ramp like that.

I have to just sit here and wait for a package at work so I did this...

Nice Job N00b

Posted by: Jason1

sweet job

few more mods need done though

you guys left the old bottom to it... erase that and extend new vertical supports into the new bent side rails and that would look pretty badass

Posted by: 660r_freestyler

that would be a fun lil ramp after its made like the photoshop above...

where in st.louis? i live in wildwood

Posted by: NikNacs67

I went to the shop today and cut somemore metal to add more bracing and i'll work on the bottom more and i'll let ya guys know how it turns out.

I live accross the river, near Alton.

Posted by: 400exlegend

He could almost cut it apart and sell the steel for more than that

Posted by: rebelrider300

you could probably cut the top of the frame off and take some off the suports and rebuild the top of the frame with a little more radious. just a suggestion

Posted by: rebelrider300

somewhat like this

Posted by: EXer #33

this is a sweet lookin kicker if i must say so myself.

Posted by: rebelrider300

i want one

Posted by: 400guy

you need some middle braces and is that like 1 and 1/2 inch tubing ????.........needs some beefin up like the one exer33 posted that i help build... its gota be sturdy for and object like a quad hiting that with some speed

good start tho

Posted by: tater_kamik

so i take it no one wants his ramp? that was the original purpose of this post, not to bag on the ramp, no offense...

Posted by: quad&dirtbike

i want it after i see some more pics. and if he could ship it.
