Well a stock Banshee is
((64mm/2)*3.14*54)*2 = 347.2cc

0.200 over is (0.200in*25.4mm/in) = 5mm
((69mm/2)*3.14*54)*2 = 403.6cc

But, I beleive you actually meant a 0.020 over. (0.020in*25.4mm/in) = 0.5mm
((64.5mm/2)*3.14*54)*2 = 352.7cc
