Me and my buddy are having trouble putting in the swing arm bearings in his swinger...there is like bits and pieces of old swing arm bearing still left down in the holes...and i was wondering how we could get them out...we tried everything tonight...we didnt have a die grinder to get in there and grind it back down....so idk what else to do

buy a brake hon (sp?) to put on the end of a drill. this should smooth out the inside of the swinger

I'm guessing your talking about the needle bearings. Use a fine pick to bend the casing of the old bearings to a point that tou can grab it with pliers and pull it out. I wouldn't grind the surface where the new bearings seat. The new bearings will be a loose fit if you do.

i just use a socket the same size diameter as the bearing stick it in a vice, and push em out, works like a charm.
