Hi all, I'm not sure what this is called on my friends 300 EX but a few days ago he rolled it and he messed up the part on it where the key is, like that plastic peace that covers up all the wieres on it

It's like $50 from service honda. I would check ebay cause service honda will be the cheapest as far as new OEM parts. Check ebay for a used one or something.

i woudnt bother.....buy used bars and stick them on...it would be better looking 2

Everyone breaks that part.. lol

I rremoved mine.. and replaced the bars w/ Renthal CR High Bend. And rewired the Thumb Kill switch to be my on/off switch. Since I use a tether kill switch on my 330ex. (center is off.. left or right is on)

Or you can just do the way most do.. disconnect the connectors going to the key and plug into each other. Just make sure to unplug when your done riding or the battery will die.

you can replace that piece that he broke with the one from a 250x that is much smaller and looks alot better. i have one for sale if you are interested.
