Ok I installed the Yoshimura Comp Series Silencer with a K&N Intake and lemme tell ya.... Loved it since the first run. Well I know White Bros. Makes a header for the 300ex. Would there be a problem running that header with that slip-on? Thanks for the info.

there shouldnt be a problem if the header and silencer will fit together

The white bros header will fit onto any 300ex slip on pipe.

If so then it may have to be the next purchase.
Would I have to change the jetting any from what it is allready set to? Thanks again.

I'm not sure, you will have to run a plug check. I am guessing that you might have to move up one on the main jet.

You went about this backward. The headpipe is the restrictive part of the exhaust system, not the muffler.

Check the inlet on your muffler. Its small and has a hairpin turn.

So what your saying is that you think that the stock header with a slip-on is less restrictive than the stock muffler with a larger diameter headpipe? Have you really looked at the stock headpipe? It's gotta be close to a half inch smaller than any aftermarket header. But hey, what do I know? Hairpin turn huh? Never noticed. All this time I thought my exhaust exited from the rear.
