i'm trying to find an intake boot for my "R". it doesnt have the stock intake or carb. the intake is all metal with a rubber boot in between it and the carb. should i just try to find a piece of hose to connect the two? i need to find something fast i'm leaving for the dunes next thursday!

You can get the replacement boots from Boysen I think.Get ahold of Nacs or K&K,Ill bet they can take care of you.

if its a rad valve...just get some radiator hose that fits, thats what 90% of the other joes runnin that setup do
