how much hp can the average 450r deliver ?
what i mean by average is the usual suff like: hrc kit, a pipe and filter ... and how much can the fully moded one do ?

I'd say in the 40's
Fully modified in the 50's

up to 48 hp with usual stuff

low 60's fully modded without fuel injection and turbo kit.

with turbo and FI over 100hp

50hp has been reached with the stock bore, with no nitrous.

it depends on how long you want it to last...the more hp the shorter the life span.

an offshore boat racer motor builder was asked the same question...he said "800Hp a piece in a long race...1400Hp a piece in a long race"...that pretty much sums up ANY motor.

I'm guessing my 450r will be around 50hp. Sparks exhaust, k&n airfilter with precharger, custom airbox lid, 13.1 piston thermal coated,hrc cam, ported head with kibblewhite +1 valves, hardend valvesprings, seals and guides, trenga racing hotwire coil,dynatek ignition.
