i started doing bicycles alot lately and i was wondering if i hurts the quad doing them because i can go for atleast 10 seconds on two wheels

It won't do anything besides might take alittle air pressure outta one tire and maybe rub off the dunlop logo on the side of the tire if your good enough.

ive heard that if you do it alot for awhile it puts alot of stress on the spindles which isnt good

yes it tears the piss outta rear swing arm bearings.... 10 seconds?? HA i rode my quad in a bicvycle for a mile. needless to say i stopped after putting 2 sets of bearings in the swing arm. its killed my bushings too. and what he said wastrue, keep your air up on that side! i had one tire like colapse when i was up, man was that scary!

It is rough on bearings and spindles, but then again, what do you do on a 4wheeler that's really fun that isn't rough on something?

Ha. yeah it really is, but it might be harder to ride a wheelie than bicycle, so i don't see how its that impressive.... plus i'd rather see people doing wheelies than messin their bearings up. i think wheelies just look better.... u want to ride on two wheels? GET A DIRTBIKE. lol
